A Little About Mary and How The Covenant Kitchen Came To Be

Mary and her family live in Kansas City, MO. She’s been married to her husband, Brian, since 2012. They have three children; 2 daughters in college and a son who enjoys his homeschool life. They live a set-apart lifestyle according to the whole bible and cherish their intimate relationship with Yehovah and His son, Yeshua.

When Mary became pregnant with their youngest, the Holy Spirit led her to a cleaner diet eliminating pork. But the love of her favorite Italian dishes didn’t disappear. This led her to make a seasoning blend to turn ground turkey, chicken, or beef into Italian sausage. Since then, she started making seasoning blends for her family that were free of sugar, additives, and ingredients that she couldn’t pronounce.

Making her own seasonings from fresh organic ingredients was a staple in her home for many years and in October 2025 she gifted two of her favorite seasonings to a group of women at Sukkot. The blends were a hit and many women wanted to buy more. This birthed an idea and business that was evidently clear from the Holy Spirit and where our Heavenly Father wanted to take Mary.

Thus, The Covenant Kitchen was born.

We source all ingredients fresh from a sabbath keeping company that reflects our high standards. We only include quality, pure, quality tested ingredients in our products.
